The Rescue Diver Experience

The PADI Rescue Diver program focuses on learning how to prevent and manage problems both in the water and at the surface. The course calls for plenty of energy and concentration, but still allows for lots of fun and laughter in between scenarios. The diverse waters of the Chumphon Marine Park provide the perfect training ground for these realistic simulations.

What You Will Learn: During the course, you’ll progress through knowledge development and rescue exercises to become a safer buddy. You’ll already have learned some basic self-rescue skills in previous courses, but this program takes them to the next level.

Core Training Includes:

  • Self-rescue and diver stress management.

  • Emergency management and equipment.

  • Rescuing panicked or unresponsive divers.

  • Managing surfacing and exiting unconscious divers.

  • Underwater search patterns and missing diver procedures.

At the end of your training, you’ll be prepared with the knowledge to avoid emergencies before they occur and the confidence to manage an actual emergency should one arise. Ready to step up? Get started today with PADI eLearning!
