At Sensui Dive Resort, we use eLearning to save you holiday time—finish your study at home and jump straight into the water when you arrive! Whether you choose the calm reefs of Chumphon or the famous sites of Koh Tao, you’ll gain the skills to explore the ocean safely.

Prerequisites & Safety
✓ Minimum Age: 10 Years old (Junior OWD for under 15).
✓ Swimming: Must swim 200m (or 300m snorkel) and float for 10 mins.
✓ Health: Must be medically fit for diving.
✓ Study: Completion of PADI eLearning before arrival.
The Open Water Journey
The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases: Knowledge Development (eLearning) to understand diving principles, Shallow Water Training in our pool to master skills, and 4 Open Water Dives to explore the spectacular reefs of Chumphon Marine Park or Koh Tao.
Choose your locations
Option 1: Learn in Chumphon (4 Days)
Day 1: Academic recap and afternoon pool skills training.
Day 2: Boat trip for Dives 1 & 2 + Optional afternoon fun dive.
Day 3: Boat trip for Dives 3 & 4 + Evening visit to Chumphon Night Bazaar.
Day 4: Sightseeing at Khao Mudsea Viewpoint & Airport transfer.
Option 2: Learn on Koh Tao (4 Days)
Day 1: Arrival at Sensui Resort and evening night ferry to Koh Tao.
Day 2: Pool skills training and afternoon boat trip for Dives 1 & 2.
Day 3: Boat trip for Dives 3 & 4 + Optional fun dives and night ferry back.
Day 4: Morning sightseeing in Chumphon and Airport transfer.
